About me
Daniel Souza, PMP, is Vice President of Operations and EOS Integrator at ELCCO Inc., a Maui-based electrical contractor. A mechanical engineer with an MBA and seven years at Dow Chemical across Brazil, Argentina, Italy, and the United States, he brings a genuinely global perspective to construction leadership on Maui.
Recognized as PMI Hawaii Chapter's Project Manager of the Year 1st Runner Up in 2022, Daniel leads ELCCO's project management organization and has built a leadership pipeline developing engineers into PMs and PMs into senior leaders. He founded the ELCCO Leadership Academy — a three-level program modeled on corporate development standards — and actively coaches PMs on both the operational and human dimensions of the role.
PMP-certified since 2020, Daniel is multilingual in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian, and is passionate about the intersection of operational excellence, strategic planning, and people development.
