Katie Buchholz, PMP, is a Regional Project Manager for Project Management Institute (PMI), where she helps lead project execution, governance, and rollout readiness across North America. Like many project managers, Katie didn't set out to become one. She originally started in theatre before transitioning into healthcare as an Executive Assistant, only to discover she had been doing project management all along. Along the way, she found what she enjoys most: bringing people together, organizing complex work, and helping ideas become reality.
