Tim Dalhouse is the Founder and CEO of PM-ProLearn and a retired U.S. Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant. During 24 years on active duty, he led Marines in high-pressure environments where success depended on planning, coordination, risk management, execution, and rapid adaptation. After retiring, Tim applied those same skills in civilian project environments at CGI Federal, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Accenture Federal Services, and Regent Education. His experience revealed a powerful truth: military professionals already possess many of the leadership and execution capabilities organizations need, but often struggle to translate them into the language of project management. Tim founded PM-ProLearn in 2017 to close that gap. Since then, the company has trained more than 17,000 students in project management. His work helps service members and veterans forge military experience into project leadership - and helps employers recognize the value they bring.
